We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from Route One Trailers. Returns must be approved in advance and may only be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please call or email us to get your return authorization number prior to shipping any product to us. We require a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns and product exchanges.

If you decide to return an item within the first 30 days in "Like New" condition, you will be eligible for a refund minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you receive an incorrect item due to a mistake made by Route One Trailers, please send a picture to parts@routeonetrailers.com along with your Invoice number, Name, the best phone number to reach you, and a brief description of the issue. We will promptly contact you to rectify the situation.

In case you receive a damaged item, please refrain from opening it. Instead, take a picture and send it to parts@routeonetrailers.com along with your Invoice number, Name, and the best phone number to reach you. We will then arrange for an exchange. If the item has been opened and damage is noticed, please take a picture and send it to the email address above, and we will promptly get in touch with you.

TARPS:
Route One Trailers Tarps are covered by a 90-day manufacturing warranty. The item will be replaced; refunds will not be issued.

• The manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for rips, tears, or wind damage resulting from improper tying or strapping down of tarps.

CARGO CONTROL:
Route One Trailers Cargo Control items are covered by a 90-day manufacturing warranty. The item will be replaced; refunds will not be issued.
