If you decide to return an item within the first 30 days in "Like New" condition, you will be eligible for a refund minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you receive an incorrect item due to a mistake made by Route One Trailers, please send a picture to parts@routeonetrailers.com along with your Invoice number, Name, the best phone number to reach you, and a brief description of the issue. We will promptly contact you to rectify the situation.
In case you receive a damaged item, please refrain from opening it. Instead, take a picture and send it to parts@routeonetrailers.com along with your Invoice number, Name, and the best phone number to reach you. We will then arrange for an exchange.
